Our Nursing Preceptorship Programme supports Nurses who are newly qualified or returning to practise to transition into their role with HC-One. Working closely with an experienced HC-One Nurse and following a structured pattern of learning, our Preceptorship Programme helps Nurses to build confidence and competence to support our residents to lead their best lives.
