We are currently working alongside our client who is currently looking for an Administrator on an temp to perm basis, our client is based near Neilston. You must have your own transport for this role


This role will involve:



  • Updating time sheets

  • Scanning and printing invoices

  • Job sheets for workers

  • Setting up jobs for workers for the following day

  • Answering phones

  • Updating system with invoices for clients


For this role you will have the following skills:



  • Good planning and organisational skills

  • Communication skills - good written English and verbal English

  • Time management skills

  • Strong IT skills


Hours:



  • Monday to Friday

  • Week 1 = 0800 - 1700

  • Week 2 = 0900 - 1800



Additional Benefits & Requirements



  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)

  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)

  • Induction Training

  • Ongoing Assignment

  • Overtime Available

  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period

  • Training Provided
