We are hiring a CSO(Chief Scientific Officer) of BGM&POCT BU(Blood Glucose Monitoring) for a very well known Chinese Top Medical Device Group in Jiangsu Provice, PRC.

We are looking for a CSO(Chief Scientific Officer) of BGM&POCT BU(Blood Glucose Monitoring) which need to berelocated to the City of Nanjing, China

Position: CSO(Chief Scientific Officer) of BGM&POCT BU(Blood Glucose Monitoring)

Working Location: Nanjing, China

A modern and fantastic city as the capital of Jiangsu Province , which is only 1 hour to Shanghai and loacted in the most developped areas in China, 10 millon population and 30+ universities in the city.

Budget: $300K--$500K/year, and open for discuss

Responsibility

• Be responsible for formulating the plans for BGM and POCT research and development projects, promoting the overall progress of the projects, promptly warning of project risks and formulating preventive measures.


• Be responsible for formulating the research and development plans for BGM and POCT, and advancing the research and development projects according to the plans, conducting process control, and promptly solving various problems in the implementation process.


• Be responsible for the demand research, analysis and compilation work of BGM and POCT research and development projects, and controlling the demand changes.


• Manage the BGM and POCT research and development project team, coordinate various resources of the project, and conduct full-process control of the project.


• Conduct patent risk analysis and patent layout for BGM and POCT related products with the patent department.


• Push the overall development direction of the project to comply with the regulations of the product design and development process.


• Assist in the improvement of BGM and POCT products, improve product quality and reduce product costs.


• Participate in the feasibility analysis of BGM and POCT product development, and review customer demands.

Qualification Requirements:

• PhD in biology, chemistry, materials science, pharmaceutical science or related fields.


• More than 8 years of experience in the research and development of dry chemical test strips, with experience in the research and development of blood glucose test strips being preferred;


• Have a certain sense of project management and a certain understanding of the research and development workflow of medical devices;


• Possess strong logical thinking, organizational planning and execution abilities, as well as language communication skills.

Budget: Fully open for qualified candiate, we can offer comparable salary in US or Eurpoe with relocation cost

And the company will provide fully support for the Visa, visit and relocation for candidlate who can accept the job in China.

And all R&D head are PhD from US and can speak fluent English
