Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver services in line with SLAs and detailed service specifications
• Continuously review and improve directly delivered and subcontracted services
• Manage and develop staff, providing training, development, and clear progression routes
• Produce, monitor, and maintain cleaning schedules and work allocations in line with planned maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, health and safety, and client-specific requirements
• Recognise high performers and manage underperformance effectively
• Maintain 100% adherence to client vetting and compliance standards

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experienced in managing challenging stakeholders and building effective relationships
• Strong people management skills with proven team leadership ability
• Skilled in dealing with and managing external contractors
• Experience with managing payroll and time and attendance systems (preferred)
• Some background in soft services within a facilities or operational environment
