Marketing Manager – ecommerce/wellbeing – up to £66k + bonus & benefits, hybrid

Our client is a successful and environmentally conscious online wholesale retailer working with leading health & wellbeing brands. They are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to plan and deliver innovative marketing strategies.

This exciting role is hybrid working - 2 days per week from their Southampton office and 3 days remotely as part of a passionate marketing team. Benefits include bonus, staff discount, pension, up to 33 days holiday (28 days initially increasing yearly), and Health and Dental Insurance!

As Marketing Manager, you will play a proactive role in this forward-thinking business; using your strategic knowledge of ecommerce and multichannel marketing you will lead a small but mighty team and ultimately drive business growth. You will plan and deliver diverse marketing projects across ecommerce platforms including Amazon and TikTok Shop, improve brand awareness, and engage B2B & B2C health, wellness, and sustainability audiences. Through the delivery and analysis of diverse ecommerce focused social media and performance marketing tactics you will lead creative and varied marketing campaigns.

A Marketing Manager with a background in leadership and mentoring, excellent stakeholder communications skills, and a history of ecommerce campaign optimisation will thrive in this varied role!

What do I need?

• Previous experience in an ecommerce company

• Strong knowledge of Amazon and TikTok Shop


• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
