Futureheads is supporting a London-based local authority that's undergoing a digital transformation programme; leveraging cutting-edge technology to facilitate social change and provide better support / services to their 250,000+ residents and over 20,000 local businesses.

As part of this ongoing work, they’re looking to recruit a Senior Applications Analyst with Mosaic experience on a initial 3-month contract, with the option to go temp-to-perm. This is a crucial role that will enable the council to improve social care services for children and adults alike.

As a key member of council’s digital team, you’ll help in the support and development of their Mosaic Systems, work across the full application lifecycle and provide innovative solutions to ensure the consistent delivery of services to those know need them..

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as an Applications Analysts.


• Good knowledge of Mosaic.


• Worked within systems analysis and design.


• Experienced in both DevOps and ITIL environments.


• Solid understanding of change management.


• Operated at a senior level, mentoring and guiding less experienced Applications Analysts.
