Senior IT Support Engineer
Glasgow, UK | Full-time | Hybrid
Nine Twenty Technology are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Support Engineer to join their client, a global technology business, who are looking to add to the Glasgow team. This role focuses on designing and implementing IT solutions while leading project management within the team. You'll identify system improvements, manage infrastructure projects, and support evolving business needs.
This is a varied role covering a wide range of technologies, requiring adaptability and strong project management skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent
- CCNA or Fortinet certification
- Prince2 Project Management qualification
- ITIL certification
Desirable Experience:
- Project management (Prince2) and ITIL framework
- Cybersecurity principles and auditing (ISO, Cyber Essentials)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure AD, vWAN, Firewalls, Landing Zone, Office 365
- Fortinet Fortigate & Cisco Meraki
- Microsoft Hyper-V & HPE Alletra/Aruba
