Job Title ERP Reporting Lead

I'm currently working with a valued client who is looking to add an experienced ERP Reporting Lead to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and business acumen to support and enhance reporting functions within a leading cloud-based ERP software environment.


The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and external consultants, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting that drives operational and strategic decisions.


Role Overview:



  • Lead and support the development of reports using tools within the ERP software ecosystem (e.g., Smart Office, Birst, ERP Analytics).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and transform them into actionable insights.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across dashboards and scheduled reports.

  • Troubleshoot report delivery issues and manage report scheduling.

  • Train business users on accessing and using ERP reports and analytics tools.

  • Work closely with IT and ERP teams on system upgrades, integrations, and configurations impacting reporting.

  • Document reporting processes, data sources, and KPIs for internal transparency and knowledge sharing.


What We’re Looking For:


Required Experience & Skills:



  • Proven hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally within a cloud-based environment.

  • Strong understanding of ERP data structures and reporting architecture.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Birst, ERP Analytics, Excel, and SQL.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.


Desirable Experience:



  • Familiarity with tools like Infor Data Lake, Data Fabric, and ION workflows.

  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.

  • Experience in dashboard design and data visualization best practices.
