We are hiring a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Manager on behalf of a leading, global digital technology consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions. We have a top end budget of £100k + £10k disc bonus.

This is a to be part of a rapidly growing team, working within a mixture of Government, Finance, Retail, Energy or Utility sectors. You will be joining a technology and innovation powerhouse with a focus on helping their clients bring to life the vision of an empowered digital workplace by applying various Microsoft Business Applications technologies (Dynamics 365 and Power Platform).

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Manager

Location: UK, Hybrid/Remote (expensed travel to offices in London, Manchester, Newcastle)

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Your Role Will Include:

Solution Delivery & Adoption

• Deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Business Apps


• Ensure adoption success through tailored solution design and hands-on implementation

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Work closely with end users, stakeholders, and senior decision-makers


• Translate complex technical needs into clear, business-aligned solutions

Agile Project Management

• Lead project planning, execution, and risk management using Agile methodologies


• Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic outcomes

Client-Focused Leadership

• Foster long-term relationships with clients, driving excellence and value delivery


• Advocate for innovation and guide clients through technology-led transformation

Strategic Innovation

• Apply design thinking and innovative problem solving to develop sustainable, impactful solutions


• Deliver strategic roadmaps and executive-level presentations

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in consulting or relevant digital/business advisory roles


• Must be eligible for SC Level Clearance


• Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365
  


• Proven expertise in delivering end-to-end business solutions with Microsoft technologies


• Experience leading Agile teams and managing complex delivery engagements

Certifications

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure)


• Project delivery qualifications: Scrum, Agile, PMP, or similar
