Senior Front-End Developer – High-Growth Startup
Location: Remote (UK-based, with monthly in-person meetups)
Salary: Up to £80,000 (Permanent)

Responsibilities
As the Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading front-end implementation using technologies like React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Contributing to architecture decisions and frontend best practices across products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, product, and backend.
- Supporting a robust testing culture using JEST and modern QA tools.
- Integrating with APIs and ensuring responsive, high-performance front-ends.
- Presenting technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Supporting a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5–6+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and TailwindCSS.
- Experience with Next.js, React Native, and/or CapacitorJS is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of GraphQL, RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and OAuth.
- Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Confidence working autonomously, owning features from concept to release.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to varied audiences.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed—including occasional late nights or weekends.
