Accountabilities
To be successful as Analyst Data Operations, you should have:
- Strong data analysis skillset with experience of having worked on data transformation and data remediation projects.
- Robust understanding of Operational Risk and Control guidelines and practices.
- Previous experience in managing multiple initiatives' globally.
- Experienced in managing Stakeholders in a cross-domain environment.
- Good understanding of Client/Counterparty data and Settlement Instructions.
- High level of understanding of the trade lifecycle across all asset classes.
- Previous experience managing high profile regulatory audits and internal control assessments.
- Strong experience in an Operational environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with knowledge of data analysis tools like SQL, Excel or Tableau.
This role is based in Glasgow.

Accountabilities
- Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
- Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
- Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
- Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
- Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
- To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
- Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
- Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise
