What Youll Be Doing

At the heart of this role is client servicing managing a variety of queries each day to ensure pension transfers and payments are handled swiftly and accurately. You'll play a key role in helping independent financial advisers (IFA) achieve positive outcomes for their clients while ensuring a smooth and compliant operations process.

Youll Also

  • Handle and resolve queries related to fund transfers, money movements, pensions, and platform operations
  • Support the wider team across various client service functions
  • Share knowledge and best practice across departments to strengthen performance
  • Monitor and improve user operations processes, helping us safeguard client assets and improve controls
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying and implementing process changes
  • Take responsibility for your actions within our risk management framework
