We're recruiting for an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle-ensuring successful delivery from start-up through to completion. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-impact projects within a business that values leadership, innovation, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Lead Project Manager, you'll be responsible for organising, leading, coordinating, and controlling all activities related to the construction of complex electrical projects across the UK.

Your Role Will Include

  • Leading the conceptual development, scheduling, and implementation of engineering construction projects.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the client-building strong, long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Managing and motivating teams to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
  • Driving performance across key stages of the project:
    • Project Start-Up - mobilisation, planning, stakeholder engagement
    • Project Running - day-to-day management, progress tracking, HSEQ adherence
    • Project Completion - final delivery, handover, reporting, and client sign-off
  • Ensuring that all project activities exceed environmental, health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale engineering or electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • A track record of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK as needed.
