Your Day-to-day Duties Will Include
Engaging with Customers
Approach and speak with members of the public in various retail, event, or promotional settings.
Representing Client Brands
Deliver accurate product/service information and promote client offers with confidence and professionalism.
Delivering Great Customer Service
Answer questions, handle objections, and ensure each customer leaves with a positive impression.
Meeting Daily & Weekly Targets
Work towards personal and team goals, with support and coaching from team leaders.
Learning and Development
Take part in ongoing training to develop your communication, sales, and customer service skills.
