The Role of Deputy Shop Managers: Commercially aware, motivated, and team-oriented, deputy shop managers foster a safe, energetic work environment. They work within a volunteer-operating model, often being the only paid staff, delegating tasks effectively, and engaging with the community to attract supporters.
