We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Analyst based in Glasgow to enhance our collaboration platforms and support over 7,000 users globally by delivering robust, secure, and scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Copilot, etc.)
  • Deliver 2nd/3rd line support for 7,000+ users globally in an SLA-driven environment
  • Collaborate on service improvements aligned with the M365 roadmap
  • Support secure, compliant, and cost-effective M365 solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to IT and business users
  • Engage with stakeholders across global teams and external vendors

You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • In-depth knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive
  • Proven ability in delivering enterprise-level 2nd/3rd line technical support
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Excellent documentation and process mapping capabilities
  • Knowledge of M365 security and compliance features
  • Experience supporting M365 through organizational changes and M&A activity
