Leadership opportunity with a well-established Scottish law firm entering a new phase of strategic growth

Oculus Legal Group is exclusively retained by a respected and long-standing Scottish law firm to appoint a Property Partner (either commercial or residential) to join its leadership team in Glasgow. This senior appointment is part of the firm’s long-term succession strategy and a pivotal hire as it continues to build on its strong market presence.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to join a firm that is commercially astute, people-focused, and genuinely collegiate. As part of a close-knit senior leadership team you’ll play a vital role in shaping the firm’s future direction.

With strong roots in the Glasgow market, the firm balances a high-quality client base across commercial property, residential conveyancing, litigation and private client. The incoming Partner will be instrumental in both continuing and expanding this success - ideally bringing a strong network and commercial mindset to complement the team (there are existing clients to inherit) however an essential aspect will be the ambition to take a key role as part of a growing firm.

This is a salaried appointment initially, with a clear and transparent pathway to equity for the right individual. Whether you're already operating at Partner level or are an ambitious Legal Director or Senior Associate ready to step up, this is a rare leadership platform with no glass ceiling.

What We’re Looking For

• A senior Property lawyer (Commercial Property and or Residential Conveyancing) with a strong presence in the market


• A team player with leadership capability and a commercial outlook


• Someone with a collaborative approach who is energised by shaping the future of a firm


• Ideally has a strong network and/or interest in business development and client engagement however our client has a significant client base which this position will inherit
