Business Analyst (Business & Operational Change)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in business and operational change to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering transformational change by analysing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities As a Business Analyst

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.'
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and operations to identify areas for improvement.'
• Develop business cases, requirements, and process documentation to support change initiatives.'
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.'
• Work closely with project managers, operational teams, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery of change initiatives.'
• Assess the impact of proposed changes and provide recommendations to minimize risks.'
• Support the implementation of new processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.'
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives post-implementation.
  
  

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business and operational change.'
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.'
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.'
• Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.'
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.'
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.'
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
