This permanent role offers a dynamic platform to work across both transactional and non-transactional matters involving a wide range of corporate lending activities.

The successful candidate will be involved in high-value and complex financing arrangements, including:

• Corporate loans


• Investment-grade lending


• Leveraged lending


• Acquisition and bridge financing


• Project finance

You will also take a leading role in regulatory and change initiatives, ensuring strong legal governance and control frameworks across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of legal risk management and commercial strategy.

I am looking to speak with UK-qualified solicitors with a strong background in leveraged lending, project finance, and acquisition financing. Additionally, proficient in Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation, including facilities and intercreditor agreements. Applicants should have a proven ability to manage and advise on regulatory change and corporate governance matters with commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
