Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Early Careers Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and support a variety of early careers activities, including work experiences, internships, and graduate programs. Based in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Early Careers to drive our global efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and lead early careers hiring strategies across global markets and multiple programmes
  • Design & deliver inclusive, high-impact recruitment processes – from job posts to offers
  • Build standout attraction campaigns that resonate with diverse, high-potential early talent
  • Proactively seek out talented candidates through innovative sourcing methods and strategies, adapting to industry trends.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews, focusing on skills, potential, and culture add.
  • Build exceptional candidate experiences through effective collaboration with stakeholders and the People Team and ensuring a seamless “yes to desk” strategy.
  • Effectively drive external EVP engagement through LinkedIn & other channels
  • Plan and coordinate early career communications, events, workshops, and presentations that align with our company values and objectives.
  • Maintain external partnerships with universities and external stakeholders to boost awareness and engagement.
  • Provide comprehensive admin support across early careers campaigns and activities.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record in delivering global early careers recruitment and development programmes through multiple cycles, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong insight into global early talent market trends across hiring and development strategies
  • Commitment to early careers talent development and a genuine passion in promoting diversity and inclusion through our practices
  • Brilliant relationship-building skills and the confidence to influence at all levels
  • A detail-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and HR systems, with a knack for quickly learning new technologies.
