We are seeking a SIPP Communications Consultant to join our SIPP team. The SIPP Practice Area provides administration and trusteeship services to over 70,000 self-invested personal pension arrangements for members, both advised and non-advised and have ambitious plan to grow our customer base.
This role can be based in our Cheltenham or Glasgow offices working on a hybrid basis.
A snapshot of your day:
- Supporting the SIPP Communications Manager in their delivery of Consumer Duty accountabilities, and the Head of SIPP Proposition as owner of the Customer Understanding Outcome
- Work with the business to produce and maintain a framework to continually review and update all customer communications throughout the whole product lifecycle and ensure they are in line with the Consumer Duty Regulations.
- Ensure all communications comply with our Communications Testing Policy to ensure they are appropriate and support customer understanding.
- Monitor events which may mean there are changes required to communications or changes highlighted by MI during customer journeys, audits, testing etc so there is a process for continual improvement.
- Share knowledge among colleagues to best support the Company’s communication goals of ensuring the customer is central to everything we do.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the SIPP business to ensure efficient implementation and delivery of all communications.
We would love to hear from if you have:
- Experience in a communication role in financial services is essential.
- Excellent written communications and interpersonal skills including pensions technical writing.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to proactively prioritise, delegate, manage multiple tasks and maintain effectiveness within a rapidly changing environment.
