We're looking for a Workspace Coordinator to join our team and create a welcoming, well-organised office environment.

What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to person for all staff and visitors, help with anything from tech issues to wellness activities.

• Support the team in keeping the office running smoothly, from booking meeting rooms to coordinating events.

• Keep the office tidy, safe, and compliant with Health & Safety standards.

• Manage visitor check-ins, desk bookings, and help staff with their day-to-day needs.

• Be the eyes and ears of the office, reporting any issues and helping find solutions quickly.

• Assist with office supplies, ensuring there's always enough, but never too much!

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and have some experience in hospitality or customer service.

• Skills: You communicate well, are detail-oriented, and love solving problems.

• Traits: You're self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and have a natural ability to make people feel welcome and supported.
