The company has extensive experience in designing, manufacturing, assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical, coatings, cooling, and lubrication systems, always prioritising the highest standards of quality.The HR Advisor will support day-to-day operations within the HR function, carrying out a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes.Your new role The preferred will cover the following duties and responsibilities:

• Previous HR experience with a solid understanding of employment legislation.
• A working knowledge of manual payroll calculations
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication.
• Support recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and updating policies and procedures.
• Assist the HR Manager with ad hoc projects.
• Provide support to management and employees, utilising knowledge of people management practices, HR policies, and best practices.
• Handle queries promptly and escalate when necessary to the HR Manager.
• Support the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain strong attention to detail.
• Assist with HR administration, including taking notes during meetings.
• Support the onboarding and leaver process.
• IT knowledge and understanding of HR systems (preferred, but training will be provided).
• Strong organisation and time management skills.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in an HR Advisor role or equivalent.
• Business Administration/HR qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and related legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
