Job DescriptionYour Mission:
LTQR Coordinator Reports to LTQR Lead & Quality Manager
Join our team to support a major client project by managing and maintaining Life Time Quality Records (LTQR). You'll be the go-to person for LTQR guidance, compliance checks, and coordination between project teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage & process LTQRs for the client project
Support vendors/subcontractors with LTQR handover
Maintain document systems (digital & paper)
Review documents for compliance
Create templates/forms & control document versions
Prepare reports for senior leadership
Deliver LTQR training as needed
Key Outputs:
Compile LTQR Handover Packs / Health & Safety Files
Liaise with Quality & PM teams to ensure timely submissions
Check LTQRs for accuracy & completeness
Understand project specs, client & nuclear standards
Coordinate LTQR procedures with all stakeholders
Train future LTQR staff on systems & procedures
Qualifications
Qualifications
Essential:
General high school education
Strong IT skills & experience with EDMS and metadata
Effective communicator
Strong report writing & document management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
ONC/HNC/HND in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
Membership/registration with a professional body (e.g. CQI)
IOSH Managing Safely
ONC/HNC in Engineering
CCNSG Safety Passport
Additional Information
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will require Security clearance. To gain this they will be required to be a Sole UK national, Hybrid working from home/Assystem Office
