Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead our team. If you have experience in civils and telecoms, know how to get the best out of people, and can keep projects on track, we want to hear from you.
You’ll oversee daily site operations, making sure work is done safely, on time, and to a high standard. Your role will involve managing teams, solving problems on-site, and keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll also work closely with clients and contractors, making sure everyone is on the same page.
This job needs someone who is organised, confident, and ready to take responsibility. You’ll need to know health and safety rules, understand construction methods, and be able to lead by example. If you’re someone who gets things done and takes pride in their work, this could be the role for you
What you’ll bring?
We need you to hold a valid NRSWA full Supervisor Street Works card (units 10 to 16) and Smart award accreditations (NOPS). Relevant accreditations (PIA desirable) and a full UK driving license (12 months, no more than 6 points) are essential. Knowledge of Openreach and FTTP/HFC networks is desirable. You should excel in risk assessment, health and safety, and have experience with local authorities. Telecommunication knowledge, especially in underground civils or cabling, is crucial.
