This role offers the opportunity to contribute to projects across the Healthcare, Residential, and Retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Lead the technical delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion.

• Produce detailed designs, specifications, and construction drawings in line with industry standards.

• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Ensure adherence to building regulations and statutory requirements.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting professional development.

Required Skills & Experience for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

• At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong technical portfolio.

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools.

• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, construction techniques, and materials.

• Strong communication and project coordination abilities.

• Highly organised, with the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively.
