The Opportunity


We are seeking a Regional Director to lead operations, growth, and advisor engagement across the region. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial advisory, ready to play a critical role in shaping the direction of this multi-brand wealth platform.


You will lead business performance, deliver commercial outcomes, and ensure a consistently high-quality client experience. This role will also have direct influence on future equity growth through a share option allocation.


Key Responsibilities


• Oversee the performance and strategic growth of multiple businesses within the group.


• Build and manage relationships with Financial Advisers across the region.


• Drive AUM growth through acquisition, retention, and support of IFA talent.


• Set and deliver regional business targets, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.


• Represent the firm at external events, industry panels, and internal leadership meetings.


• Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies.


• Provide ongoing mentorship and leadership to internal teams and advisers.


Candidate Requirements


• Must be a qualified and practising Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).


• Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, with strong regional or multi-site leadership experience.


• Deep understanding of the UK wealth advisory market.


• Proven track record of growing AUM and managing adviser relationships.


• Ability to balance commercial, regulatory, and people leadership priorities.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
