We are seeking to recruit experienced individuals to join our Infrastructure Asset & Information Management team in Scotland. As a leading infrastructure consultancy, we incorporate innovation and best practices into every aspect of the asset management lifecycle. We are looking for exceptional individuals who excel in delivery, innovation, and have a deep understanding of both physical infrastructure and digital technology. You will play a pivotal role in leading programs and ensuring successful asset management throughout the lifecycle. Experience in managing infrastructure assets is essential, with initial focus on Defence and Water & Wastewater clients. These roles require onsite presence in Scotland.

Responsibilities:
Delivery Focused:
- Proven experience in asset management delivery, managing multiple stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or programs that deliver value to clients or organizations.
- Willingness to learn or experience in applying Agile methodologies for project delivery.
Technical:
- Understanding of Whole Life Asset Management principles (ISO 55000) and familiarity with the Institute of Asset Management standards.
- Project management skills for multiple projects and understanding of Programme/Portfolio management.
- Advisory and delivery capabilities in asset management, design & build engineering, operational and maintenance management.
- Experience in supporting asset management maturity reviews or audits, providing high-quality reports.
- Knowledge of digital systems, tools, and technologies relevant to asset management.
- Understanding of investment management practices and applying them to asset decision-making.
Behaviours:
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, tailoring strategies to client needs.
- Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills with practical application examples.
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of converting client needs into compelling business cases.
Experience:
- Leadership experience in defence, transportation, energy, or water sectors, championing asset management delivery.
- Knowledge of the Institute of Asset Management standards, ISO 55000, and progress towards professional registration.
- Experience with asset management systems (e.g., EAM, Digital Twins), project management qualifications (Prince2, NEC3/4), and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerBI, and Power Automate is desirable.
