What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the stores team to manage stock control, goods in/out, and the CMMS system.


• Carrying out purchasing to maintain stock levels and minimise downtime.


• Collaborating with technicians, engineers, and suppliers to identify and order requirements.


• Planning future purchases to align with the maintenance budget and requirements.


• Conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.

What we want from you:

• Level 3 qualification in engineering (or equivalent experience).


• Proven inventory control and procurement experience using a CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo).


• Background in a heavy engineering/process plant (e.g., Power Station, Refinery).


• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices, including COSHH and Safe Systems of Work.


• Valid forklift/mobile plant experience.
