The Address Hotel Glasgow is currently seeking enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join our Breakfast Team. As a Breakfast Team Member, you will play a key role in providing a warm, welcoming start to the day for our guests, ensuring exceptional service and high standards are delivered every morning.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in the breakfast restaurant promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive and professional start to their day.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet to the highest standards of presentation and hygiene.
• Be knowledgeable of the breakfast menu and able to answer guest queries or offer recommendations confidently.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional items or services where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area throughout the shift, including following deep cleaning schedules.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless breakfast service.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as requested.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a food and beverage, restaurant, or customer service environment, ideally in a hotel or breakfast setting.
• Must be available for early morning shifts starting at 6:30am.
• Friendly, reliable, and professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
