Catering Administration Assistant, 25 hours 5 days per week.
We are looking to recruit to our team and experience administration assistant.
You will be required to complete general Administration duties in line with the department.
Experience In Administration Required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of NHS system such as Pecos/NCIS systems.
Ability to work as a team and also on your own.
Good Keyboard/computer Skills Required.
Otherduties include -.
Printing off menus as required.
Filing of H&S and other paperwork relating to the department.
Responding and booking hospitality requests.
Answering queries from other departments
Calling in or online ordering of stock items as required.
