We’re Harmoney Consulting, a fast-growing business consultancy based in the heart of Glasgow. We help small and medium-sized businesses unlock hidden funding through R&D tax credits and we’re looking for ambitious people to grow with us.
The Role
We’ll train you from the ground up and you don’t need sales experience. What matters is your attitude. If you’ve handled tough customers or worked under pressure you’ll thrive here.
You’ll be:
- Speaking to business owners and decision-makers (phone-based role)
- Identifying if they’re eligible for our R&D tax support
- Booking in consultations with our expert team
- Learning how to build trust, pitch, and close — all with our support
This is a phone-first role: expect to be on calls, learning fast and getting better every day.

- You’ve got at least 6 months of customer-facing experience
