Your Role
As a Home Buying & New Business Advisor, you will:
·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
·Guide clients through each stage of the buying process, providing up-to-date advice
·Advise on market trends, pricing, and conveyancing procedures
·Accurately record client details, financial positions, and preferences using our internal systems
·Explain services including sales, purchases, remortgages, title transfers, and equity releases
·Provide consistent updates and collaborate closely with the New Business Management team
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills:
·Previous background in property, conveyancing, or client relationship management
·Strong knowledge of the Scottish property market and legal processes
·Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
·Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
·Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
Preferred Attributes:
·2+ years' experience in residential property or conveyancing
·Professional, confident, and able to make quick, sound decisions
·A proactive mindset with a drive to excel in a dynamic, competitive environment
·Strong team player with a passion for contributing to wider business goals
