Pertemps are working with an established and well-regarded organisation in the public-private sector who are seeking a Property Accounts Officer to join their finance and property management team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to effective income recovery and financial oversight in a fast-paced, property-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily allocation of tasks for the credit control team, providing guidance and support where necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the property management system, ensuring it reflects the current lease portfolio.
- Attend and contribute to operational debt management meetings, offering advice on effective debt recovery strategies.
- Generate regular financial and operational reports to support decision-making.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams, tenants, and external agents, ensuring open communication and resolution of income-related issues.
- Support compliance with health and safety and risk management procedures related to property operations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases and property management operations.
- Proven experience in debt recovery and understanding of legal processes relating to commercial property.
- Experience leading or supervising a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
- Previous experience using Propman or similar property management systems.
- Exposure to a commercial property environment.
- Familiarity with document and records management systems (EDRMS).
