Job Description

Position: Maintenance Agent-Technician


You perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment for guests.

Responsibilities:


  • Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property facilities and equipment

  • Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take corrective actions

  • Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful manner

Qualifications

Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset but not essential. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are required. Must be highly responsible and reliable.
