About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and drive engineering outcomes in collaboration with Product and Architecture.


• Plan and deliver projects from concept to production.


• Balance technical debt and innovation while ensuring secure, high-quality releases.


• Hire, coach, and develop engineers into confident, accountable leaders.


• Champion best practices in mobile app security, staying on top of industry trends.


• Lead by example with resilience, respect, and results.

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience leading technical teams.


• 10+ years’ experience in software or data engineering.


• Strong programming background (experience in 2+ languages, ideally including C/C++).


• Background in mobile security or app development (bonus for reverse engineering or debugging skills).


• Experience managing distributed, global teams.


• Excellent communication skills — both technical and non-technical.
