We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy, supporting year-on-year business growth. This role will focus on private client outreach, customer engagement, mass marketing, public sector tender support and digital touchpoint management.

Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy 


• Define and refine the marketing strategy year-on-year to support revenue growth


Content Marketing


• Manage all content marketing efforts


• Ensure all content aligns to key brand messages


• Coordinate all asset production (graphics, videos, blogs, testimonials etc.) for marketing campaigns. Collaborate with designers, videographers and writers to create. Work with external agencies if needed.


Marketing activation 


• Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns (social media, PPC, email)


• Maintain an active content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and the website


• Deliver engaging on-site showroom materials


• Deliver engaging events materials


• Manage press outreach and PR campaigns


• Build partnerships with charities, community groups, and occupational therapists (OTs).


Marketing Performance & Reporting


• Track and analyse key marketing KPIs.


CRM & Lead Management


• Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data for: 


o Private clients


o Occupational Therapists (OTs)


o Healthcare professionals


o Public sector contacts


Key Areas of Work


1. Private Client Outreach


• Target decision-makers (family members, caregivers, healthcare professionals) who influence purchases by:


o Planning and executing digital campaigns to raise awareness of mobility solutions, to include social media advertising and content marketing and Google PPC campaigns 


o Engaging in partnership marketing with healthcare providers, charities, and community organisations.


2. Current Customer Engagement


• Develop referral programs to encourage recommendations.


• Use email marketing to maintain relationships and promote relevant upgrades or servicing.


3. Touchpoint Management


1. Maintain an active and engaging presence on digital platforms (social media, website, PR). Create a content calendar to ensure regular communication with audiences.


2. Develop materials and signage for the showroom, making it an engaging experience.


4. Mass Marketing


1. Develop PR campaigns positioning Stairlifts Scotland as a mobility solutions expert.


2. Manage press outreach to secure features in newspapers, online platforms, and radio. 


5. Public Contract Process


1. Support public sector tenders by developing credibility-building materials.


Create case studies showcasing successful public sector projects.


2. Develop framework-specific content to support Stairlifts Scotland’s applications.


3. Maintain a public sector marketing hub on the website with compliance details and success stories.


4. Represent Stairlifts Scotland at procurement and industry events.


Key Skills & Experience


1. Marketing Execution: At least 2 years’ experience in digital and offline marketing.


2. Healthcare: Have experience working in the healthcare/care sectors (preferred)


3. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience with social media marketing, PPC, SEO, and content creation.


4. CMS Management: Experience on WordPress is preferred


5. CRM Management: Experience managing a CRM system, tracking leads, and using customer data effectively.


6. Content Creation: Ability to create engaging campaigns, case studies, and social media content.


7. Campaign Execution: Ability to plan and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels.


8. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills to engage customers, partners, and public sector contacts.
