Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer
Location: West & North Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Tenant Liaison Officer to join their project team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering effective communication between tenants and the contractor throughout the capital works programmes. Your role will be to ensure tenants feel informed, supported, and valued throughout their experience with the project.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing updates and addressing inquiries related to the capital works programmes.

  • Communicate project schedules, timelines, and any potential disruptions effectively to tenants.

  • Respond to tenant concerns and complaints in a timely, professional manner.

  • Organise and facilitate tenant meetings to discuss project developments, gather feedback, and encourage community engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with project / site managers and team members to ensure tenant needs are prioritised.

  • Prepare and distribute tenant information packs and resources to enhance understanding of the project.

  • Monitor tenant satisfaction and report outcomes and trends to the management team.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer or in a similar role within the construction or housing sector.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

  • Familiarity with housing regulations and the construction process is an asset.
