£OPEN (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday

HOURS OF WORK: Week 1 Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm Week 2 Monday to Thursday 1.30pm to 10pm / Friday 10am to 6pm

Our client is a leading provider of Digital Print, Large format and visual communications, specialising in the design, production, and installation of high-impact graphics for retail, events, exhibitions, interiors, and commercial spaces. Based in Glasgow, they offer end-to-end solutions from concept through to completion, working with some of the UK's most recognisable brands. They are now looking to recruit 2X Digital Printers / Finisher to join their team The purpose of the role is to produce high quality, bespoke products with time and materials, operating the relevant print equipment and machinery, ensuring the company delivers excellence to clients in line with the Company values and behaviors. Fostering and contributing to a positive working environment and taking responsibility for the delivery of tasks delegated by site leads and management.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• The role will be a mix of Printing and Finishing using various equipment such as SwissQ, Epson, Durst, Kongsberg Cutters, HP Latex etc.
• To take ownership of jobs to ensure successful outcomes are achieved, meeting client expectations in terms of efficient delivery, quality and accurate adherence to specific instructions.
• Ensure maintenance takes place as per manufacturers guidelines and any problems or defects are reported to Line Manager immediately
• Resolve and escalate internally in a timely manner, should problems emerge during production.
• Ensure all activity, tasks and materials are recorded accurately and complete
• Ensure all print, health and safety and company procedures and policies are always adhered to
• Develop, maintain and update and understand the branch network and suite of products and services the business provides to deliver the best product and service to the client.
• Flexible approach to work to meet deadlines
• Ability to work calmly and effectively when under pressure of tight deadlines
• Treat all materials, substrates and company equipment with care
• Highlight any stock, machinery or Health and Safety issues to the site lead and management teams as required
