We’re hiring! A leading facilities management company is seeking skilled Maintenance Electricians to join our mobile team in Coatbridge. Responsibilities:

• Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Maintain and repair electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting
• Fault Finding & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant regulations and best practices
• Client Communication: Work directly with clients to deliver quality service and timely solutions
• Accurate Reporting: Maintain detailed service records using our digital maintenance system

Electrician's Requirements:

• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship & SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience in Facilities Management or Commercial Building Services
