As part of the Glasgow team, you’ll have the space to take full ownership of your portfolio and the flexibility to target whichever sector you know best. Whether you’re an experienced Exec or a broker ready to step up, this is your chance to shape something long-term
The Role:
Manage and grow your own portfolio of commercial clients
Identify new business opportunities across any sector
Provide tailored risk advice and bespoke insurance solutions
Lead on renewals, reviews, and mid-term changes
Build trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
Work closely with Account Handlers and Brokers to deliver first-class service
What They’re Looking For:
Proven experience in commercial broking or client-facing insurance roles
Confident running your own portfolio with minimal support
Comfortable developing business and building long-term client relationships
Open on sector background—diverse experience welcomed
Clear communicator with good commercial acumen
Cert CII or working towards it preferred, not essential
