A Little More About The Role

As a key team player, you will:

  • Support the customer fulfilment function by administering all warehouse and distribution activities
  • Be the voice of the brand, liaising with customers to arrange deliveries and supporting with queries
  • Deal with customer service issues promptly and sympathetically
  • Manage all supplier deliveries and returns
  • Accurately process balance payments
  • Act on any delivery incident reports
  • Comply with all health and safety and GDPR procedures
