The Role:
This role, reporting directly to the Head of Operations, presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive, process driven individual to take responsibility for providing analytical support to the functions within the business with opportunity for career development and progression.
Job Specifications:
- Retrieve and manage datasets from external data providers to support business operations.
- Cleanse, validate, and maintain dataset to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Oversee the CRM system, including regular monitoring, updates, data hygiene, and system maintenance.
- Manage and maintain internal spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and the correct application of formulas and functions.
- Produce and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights, support decision-making, and track key metrics.
- Support the production of internal and client-facing documentation across various teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide general operational support to team members as needed to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Assist the Leadership Team by compiling documentation for weekly client meetings and tracking monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively explore how various technologies can enhance data management processes and improve operational efficiency across the business.
