Job Description

As a Chef de Partie at Grosvenor Casino - Merchant City, you'll be the kitchen superstar, in charge of keeping the culinary magic alive!


From prepping ingredients to mastering the art of sauce-making, your role is vital to ensuring each dish hits the right note. Your tasks are diverse and essential for the kitchen's smooth operation.


A key part of your role involves preparing the daily mis-en-place, this preparation work is crucial for efficient service, allowing chefs to quickly assemble dishes according to the menu's requirements. Additionally, you'll be responsible for food production across different sections of the main kitchen.


Each day presents a new challenge and an opportunity to showcase your skills in creating delicious, high-quality dishes. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently not only supports your team but also contributes to the overall success of the Grosvenor dining experience by ensuring our customers remain excited, entertained and their hunger kept at bay!

Qualifications


To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or other relevant kitchen qualification. However, if you’ve learned your craft on the job and have perfected your skills without formal qualifications – we'd love to chat to you too!
