What will I be doing?

You’ll develop new customer relationships using the sales techniques gained from our in-house training programme and on the job coaching to successfully deliver against specific, measurable targets.

What are my responsibilities?

• Identify and liaise with key stakeholders in new & existing accounts, by telephone, email and LinkedIn, to create sales opportunities for our Senior Account Managers.
• Prospect new customers whilst maintaining and growing our existing customer relationships to create sales opportunities.
• Maintain all relevant sales management information & report on sales activity using Salesforce.
• Understand QA’s unique selling points and use this to win more business.
• Deliver high levels of customer service. Constantly developing an understanding of your product offering and sales techniques.
  
  

What experience/qualifications do I need?

• Previous experience in customer service or B2B sales roles would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office at beginner level
• Working to tight deadlines where high levels of accuracy are required
• Some experience of delivering against performance objectives.
