The Quantity Surveyor Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants variety, career progression, and real autonomy. You'll work within a 15-strong team on high-profile, diverse projects - from concept to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK construction consultancy / PQS firm
- Good pre and post contract experience
- MRICS is highly desirable - or currently working towards & needs more support
- Property / Build sector experience
- £40,000 - £50,000
- Car / travel allowance
- 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Flexible / hybrid working
