• The Role What Youll Be Doing:
• Answering incoming calls and helping customers with queries
• Providing friendly, helpful and personalised service
• Responding to emails and messages with professionalism and care
• Offering clear information on the companys products and services
• Working closely with the team to create a great customer experience
• Who Were Looking For:
• Ideally you have some customer service experience, though not essential.
• Youre a great communicator clear, confident and empathetic
• Youre comfortable with tech using email, Microsoft Office, etc.
