We are now recruiting for experienced Front of House staff to join our growing team at The Clarence.


The Clarence is the latest venture from Cultar Restaurant Group, which also operates Michelin-starred Cail Bruich and Michelin recommended Brett. It offers a modern brasserie, grill, and bar concept in the leafy west end neighborhood of Hyndland.


We pride ourselves on being a relaxed yet quality dining establishment, focusing on great, personable service and excellent product knowledge to guide guests through their dining experience in our open kitchen restaurant.


We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in delivering high-quality service, working as part of a team, and a willingness to learn.


The pay & benefits package includes:



  • Starting pay £12.21 PH depending on experience plus a share of TRONC tips from service charge & cash tips

About the Role


Assisting the front of house team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including:



  • Providing first-class service

  • Being comfortable with guest interaction

  • Maintaining a positive attitude at all times

  • Good communication with kitchen and front-of-house team

  • Willingness to learn and improve


About You


We seek a hospitality professional passionate about delivering excellent service, supporting the restaurant manager, and leading by example. You will help improve the team, enhance guest experience, and foster an enjoyable work culture.
