Solicitor - Professional Indemnity (2 years PQE+) - #1718488

This leading Band 1 team is seeking a Solicitor to join their Professional Disputes team. Due to a consistent and growing client base, there is an opportunity to join this market-leading team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years PQE; candidates with more experience will also be considered.


• Experience in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Defend a wide range of insurers and professionals in professional liability claims, focusing on the construction industry.


2. Provide dispute resolution support via mediation, arbitration, and litigation.


3. Represent professionals before public inquiries.


4. Manage a caseload of high-value and complex cases.


5. Represent clients including brokers, accountants, and financial services professionals, with a focus on construction professionals.
