Role summary:

• Monday to Friday
• Starting between 4am and 6am
• 60-minute break

No two days are the same, but your role will normally involve performing multi-drop deliveries to our loyal customers, representing our culture out on the road. You can expect to carry out between 15 to 20 deliveries per day, varying day to day. You will have the opportunity to take pride in your vehicle, keep it clean and tidy, be aware of any upcoming servicing or MOTs, and carry out a daily inspection (and sign an inspection sheet). To ensure the customer receives their order on time in full, you will quality check the stock prior to delivery, supervise the loading (and unloading), and ensure safety regulations are adhered to. While you won't be accompanied whilst you are on your travels, your team will ensure you are heading in the right direction and will be on hand to help at all times. What we are looking for:

• UK Driving Licence (Category C, Full, Clean)
• Driver CPC
• Driving in the UK (1 year)
• Class 2 HGV Licence
• Highway code and road safety best practices
• HGV & delivery driving
• UK geographical knowledge
• Excellent driving skills and road etiquette (parking, safety, speed awareness, etc.)
• Ability to work to diversions
• Planning and organisation
• Thorough communication and reliability
• Awareness of health importance, particularly during autonomous working time
• Manual/physical dexterity
• Interpersonal skills, particularly toward customers and colleagues
• Able to remain calm and conducive in stressful situations
